Stop second-guessing every nap
Every suggested time comes with its reasons, drawn from your baby's own days. The doubt goes quiet, and you start trusting what you see.
Breathe out when they drift off
One tap when they're down, and the house can go quiet. Napling keeps the time, so you can rest, eat, or simply sit for a while.
Nothing to remember at 3 am
Every feed and change is noted in seconds, so your tired mind can let it go. When someone asks when they last ate, you'll simply know.
See how far you've come
Week by week, the days find their shape. The rough nights feel smaller when you can see the bigger picture.
Share the load, not the worry
Partners, grandparents, the nanny: everyone sees the same day on their own phone. Leave a note for whoever's next, and truly switch off.

Gentle when you're half asleep
Soothe them, then step away
Soft noise, rain and lullabies settle them and fade out gently on their own, so you can tiptoe out and leave the phone behind.
Kind to tired eyes
After dark the screen dims and warms by itself, so a 3 am feed never feels like a wake-up call.
Calm naps, not meltdowns
A soft nudge before they're due, so naps start with cuddles instead of tears.
Keeps up, so you don't have to
Their rhythm changes fast in the first year. Napling changes with it.
Your family's moments stay yours
Shared only with the people you invite. No ads, ever.

What is Napling?
Napling is a baby sleep tracker app for iPhone. It logs your baby's sleep, feeds and diapers, and predicts the next nap and bedtime from your baby's age and their own recent wake windows. It is made for babies from birth to 12 months, and every caregiver can share the same baby on their own phone.
How does Napling know when my baby is tired?
It starts with the wake windows typical at your baby's age, then learns your baby's own rhythm from the last two weeks of logged sleep. Tap "Why?" on any suggested time to see the reasons behind it.
Can my partner and our nanny use it too?
Yes. Invite them with a code and they join your baby on their own iPhone. Everyone sees the same day, live.
Does it track feeds and diapers too?
Yes. Bottle feeds with amounts, nursing with how long it lasted, and wet or dirty diapers, each with who logged it.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. Napling is iPhone only for now.
What ages is it for?
Birth to 12 months, the year when sleep changes fastest.
Is Napling medical advice?
No. Napling helps you notice patterns. If you're worried about your baby's sleep or health, talk to your pediatrician.
