Invite a partner or caregiver

Open your baby from the Today screen and choose to invite someone. Napling gives you a code to send in any message. They install Napling, tap I was invited by a caregiver, and enter the code.

Restore a purchase on a new phone

Sign in with the same account, then open Profile → Subscription → Restore. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Delete your account

Open Profile → Delete account. Signing in again within 30 days cancels the request. After that, your personal details are permanently removed. See the privacy policy for exactly what happens to shared logs.
