Terms of use

The fine print, kept short

Last updated 14 October 2026

By using Napling you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your licence to the app.

Not medical advice

Napling helps you record and notice patterns in your baby's sleep, feeds and diapers. Its predictions are estimates, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow safe-sleep guidance and talk to a qualified health professional about your baby's health.

Subscriptions

Napling requires a subscription, bought and billed through your Apple ID. A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your iPhone's Settings.

Your account and content

You're responsible for your account and for what you and the caregivers you invite record. You own your content; you allow us to store and process it to run Napling for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Fair use

Please don't misuse Napling, try to access other people's data, or interfere with the service.

Liability

Napling is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: hello@napling.app.
